Return Your Ribbons Now that Luke and Lorelai are back together Lorelai can once-again set foot in the diner and get her coffee fix. However, since their split she took a liking to the designer coffees from Weston's but assures Luke it's just a phase. It's nice to see that is the biggest problem in their relationship for now. They make a date for Sunday to celebrate getting back together and Lorelai programs her number in to Luke's cell phone and explains "speed dialing" to him. Meanwhile, Kirk has stationed himself at the diner and is collecting the pink and blue ribbons which citizesns of Stars Hollow used to wear.

It's College, It's Fun, It's Casual Rory and Logan take in a play together, and then Logan uses his own key to the dining hall to get each of them a snack after hours. They are just the cutest couple. The only problem is that they are not a couple, evidenced by the fact that Rory and Lorelai see him with another girl while they are shopping in downtown New Haven. Lorelai wants to go over and yell at Logan, but Rory informs her that it's OK - even though she doesn't look as if she really thinks it is OK. She tells Lorelai that they are just dating and allowed to see other people. Lorelai isn't impressed, especially because she knows that Rory is sleeping with Logan.

Set The Table For Three Emily and Richard assume that since Emily gave instructions to Luke to get back together with Lorelai everything must be all set now. However, they are surprised to see only Rory show up for Friday dinner. Emily and Richard ponder if maybe Luke and Lorelai didn't get back together? Or, maybe Luke didn't follow Emily's instructions? It never occurs to them that Lorelai may still be mad at them.

Are We OK? Logan apparently saw Rory, just as she saw him canoodling with some other girl. He comes by the paper to make sure she's OK with him dating other people. She's very short with her answers but says everything is fine and the two head out for coffee. Later, one of Logan's friends, Robert, who Rory met before at the Life and Death Brigade Event and at the terrible poker night, asks her if she'd like to go with him to Finn's Quentin Tarantino-themed birthday party. She agrees.

Sunday Night Lorelai puts on her best "get back together" dress: a sexy pink number and calls Rory up to discuss her outfit. She's surprised to hear that Rory is dating ANOTHER guy. She tries to stay the "super cool Mom" and keeps the conversation light with Rory, but on her date with Luke she talks about how much Rory's recent behavior is bothering her. He tries to give her some support. Cute Luke and Lorelai date moment: they both act as awkwardly as their first date when heading out to the car. Not so cute Luke and Lorelai date moment: finding a naked Kirk in Luke's boat in Lorelai's garage. He decided to take Luke's advice and move out of his mother's house - one problem - he didn't have a place to live.

Stuck In The Middle At Finn's party Rory takes her Chilton uniform and a dark whig to transform herself into the psycho, murderss schoolgirl from Kill Bill: Vol. 1, her date Robert is "dead extra #2." When they arrive at the party, Logan immediately notices them and swoops in to find out what's going on. Rory puts on her best "no strings face" which gets to Logan even more. When he gets her alone he kisses her and tries to convince her to leave the party with him. Then he tells her that his friend Robert is "kind of a jerk." Logan tells her that he doesn't like seeing Rory with another guy, nor does he like it that it bothers him so much. Rory obviously likes Logan (she kissed him back when he kissed her) but she also tells him that she came to the party with Robert and will be leaving the party with Robert.

Didn't You Follow My Instructions? Emily storms over to the diner and starts yelling at Luke. She can't understand why he didn't follow her instructions. Mid-yelling-spree, Luke secretly speed dials Lorelai so she can hear what Emily is saying. Lorelai rushes over to the diner, alerts Emily that she and Luke are a couple again, but that Emily needs to butt out and shut up.

Come On Down! Michel while on vacation was a contestant on "The Price Is Right" and ended up winning more than $100,000 in cash and prizes (aka a motor home and some instant rice). It gets delivered to the Dragonfly and nearly ruins a photo shoot which would feature the inn as one of the "Top 10 Inns In Connecticut." Lorelai yells at him, but later apologizes and inspires him to sell his motor home and get some real cash.
