All These Things That I've Done
Nathan owes Dante money; Derek tries to help a freaked-out Peyton

What we're thinking:
Peyton's been through a lot. She's been shot at and attacked, and that's just the short list. She's lost most of the people who she loves. But will the pity party ever end? The girl can't even make it five minutes at school before having an embarrassing panic attack. Is Lucas right to keep babying her and rescuing her? Or should she stand up for herself like her brother suggests?
What's the drama:
Haley got accepted to Duke and she wants to go there with her man. But Nathan isn't doing so well -- he owes Dante $15,000. Dante's ready to forgive the debt if Nathan will win the game, but not by more than 9 points. Seems Dante's a gamblin' man. And he's gamblin' that Nathan will help him win a ton of money. Peyton hasn't been to school in a week. She's just hanging out, brooding in her house -- a house that isn't exactly safe. Derek (the good one) has been able to break in several different ways. And Rachel made the cover of Maxim -- and Tree Hill High will never be the same.
What's up with Rachel:
When Mr. Brooke's Boyfriend busts Rachel for making a spectacle out of herself, she shows up at his class after school as instructed. Later, she runs to Brooke to tell her that Nick came on to her and she should stop seeing him. When Brooke tells her to mind her own business, Rachel turns around and tattles on Mr. Nick to Principal Turner.
What's up with Peyton:
Derek tries to get Peyton to face her fears and go back to school. But a panic attack sends her home with Lucas, who continues to baby her. Peyton realizes that Derek is a pain in the ass, but he's right. She needs to learn to get by on her own. But later Derek admits to her that he has been scared, afraid to let anyone in. And he'll be there for her as long as she tries to help herself.
What's up with Deb:
Deb gets arrested for attempting to purchase drugs with a falsified prescription. But Dan gets the charges dropped with a condition--that Deb sign her ownership of TRIC back over to Karen. Done.
What's up with Brooke:
Nick comes to visit Brooke backstage at the T.A.R.T. He tells her that he's been suspended and what really happened with Rachel. He also wonders how Brooke can be friends with such a conniving beeotch.
What's up with Haley:
Haley seems to think that babysitting a couple of kids will be a nice way to warm up to her own little one and earn some extra cash. Unfortunately, they're a little more than she can handle. Okay, they're a lot more than she can handle.
What's up with Nathan:
Looks like Nathan can't come up with the 15 grand he owes Dante. So when the big game starts, the boy considers throwing it… sort of. They won't win by more than 9 points. At half time Lucas figures it all out and calls Nathan out on it. But Nathan tells him to mind his own business. Unless Luke's got 15 grand for him--he needs to let him take care of business.
What's up with Dan:
When Dan hands the ownership of TRIC to Karen, she's apprehensive about accepting it. But she does.
What's up with Lucas:
With the game almost over and Ravens up by 9 points, Whitey pulls Nathan and puts in Lucas who is immediately fouled. Even though he's 98% from the line, he misses both shots. Nathan is safe. The Ravens are headed to the State Championship but Nathan and Lucas don't feel like celebrating.
How does it all wrap up?
Brooke believes Nick over Rachel and is surprised when she walks in on him with her T.A.R.T. model. And Rachel is there to comfort her when she finally goes home. Mouth passes up a group date with a bunch of floozy models to keep his date with Gigi. And Lucas tells Nathan that he'll always be there for him--but never again.
