Evil!Sam tells Dean his plans to hunt down the hunters.

Hee! Even demons know that Sam's puppy-dog eyes open all doors.
Possessed!Sam talks to Dean:
Sam: Dean. Back from the dead. It's getting to be a regular thing for you, isn't it. Like a cockroach.
Dean: How about I smack that smartass right out of your mouth.
Sam: Careful now. Wouldn't want to bruise this fine packaging.
We love how even demons are saying "Not the face! Don't damage his pretty, pretty face!"
Possessed!Sam menaces Dean:
Sam: You know when people want to describe the worst possible thing, they say it's like hell? Well there's a reason for that. Hell is like, uh… well, it's like hell, even for demons. It's a prison made of bone and flesh and blood and fear. And you sent me back there.

So now we've determined that Demon Meg wasn't an English major. She would have gotten an F on any paper that used that as a metaphor. However, we loved the little lilt in Sam's voice when he talks about John. Howdy, indeed.
Dean and Sam discuss the possession:
Dean: Dude, you, like, full on had a girl inside you for a full week. That's pretty naughty.
Hee. Dean's always ready to see the upside of a situation.
