After information came out that Stacy Peterson had talked with a male friend about leaving Drew the night before she disappeared, Drew Peterson told reporters he is confident more information will come out that will prove that Stacy left him on her own.

"Don't know the man. Never talked to him so I really can't even explain, you know, really what he's all about. Just that information came out that, you know, him and Stacy were discussing her leaving two days before she left," Peterson said. "It tells everyone she was plotting this and she acted on it two days later. And I'm sure as time goes on—and more and more people will come forward—more things in my favor will come out."
