Robins... daffodils... baseball... all signs of spring. And on this first official day of spring... Producer Pam Grimes and Photographer Mike D'Angelo found one more sure sign…. 74 year old Mike Illich of Oak Park... we affectionately call
"Mr. Kite."
Illich will be 75 years old in May... yet he makes this trek every day the temperature is above 35 degrees and there's at least a seven mile-per-hour wind.
