Wild Boar Chops with Morello Cherries and Port Wine, Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients:
1 Wild Boar Chop
1/4 cup morello cherries
Port wine to taste (put on grill until MR)
1 ea., chopped, of the following eggplant, zucchini, squash, asparagus, onions, peppers, portabella mushrooms
Directions:
Grill and drizzle with truffle oil
Spring Game Hen
Ingredients:
I spring game hen
lemon
garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Marinate in lemon garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Grill to preference.
