WGN-TV meteorologist Tom Skilling meets with Tom Murray, scientist-in-charge, at the Volcano Observatory in Anchorage. The volcano observatory was founded in 1980 to track activity at Alaska's 41 historically active volcanoes so they can provide timely warnings of eruptions to the public and the aviation industry.
