Flooding continues to devestate areas across the Midwest, and the Red Cross reports its disaster relief fund is wiped out.

How To Donate
If you want to help flooding victims, we have just the way to do it. WGN has teamed up wtih the McCormick Tribune Foundation, the Chicago Cubs, and several other organizations to launch "Neighbors in Need 2008."
For every dollar donated, the foundation will match that donation towards flood victims up to $1 million. Money will support non-profit agencies providing relief to flood victims in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri and Wisconsin.
