Earthquake Hits Southeastern Illinois
An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter Scale hit Southeastern
Illinois around 4:30 this morning. The center of the quake was near
west Salem, Illinois about 230 miles south of Chicago and 66 miles
Northwest of Evansville, Illinois.
