Paul Konrad

 Seven-time Emmy Award Winner Paul Konrad is currently the weathercaster on the WGN Morning News. He joined the WGN-TV Morning News team as a weathercaster and reporter in August 1996.
Prior to joining WGN-TV, Paul began his career at WFTS-TV, the ABC affiliate in Tampa Florida, where he worked for two years as a weathercaster. Prior to that, he worked as a weathercaster at CLTV from 1992-1994 and also worked in Montgomery, Alabama for the CBS affiliate (WAKA-TV).
A Chicago native, Paul grew up in Naperville, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University Goodman School of Drama. He then went on to complete his masters in Speech, Radio, Television, and Film from Northwestern University. He also studied meteorology at Mississippi State University.
